Where can I find the registered agent signature?

When we are serving as your registered agent, you will sometimes need to complete a state form that contains our signature.

This article will review how to find state forms with the registered agent signature prefilled on them.

Where can I find the registered agent signature?

1. Sign In to the Labyrinth, Inc. website.

 

2. Click the Registered Agent Service module.

Click on Registered Agent Service

2. Click on the State Forms tab. Click Download for any state form you need — the registered agent information and signature will be prefilled for you.

* File them with the Secretary of State following the instructions included in the Addresses tab.

The only exception is Wyoming, where ink signatures are required. Upon purchase of our service in Wyoming, we automatically contact you for the address where you would like your pre-signed forms to be delivered and send them according to your preferences.

The information will be unique for each jurisdiction you have service in, so make sure you filter for the jurisdiction that you need. If you need to add Registered Agent Service for another jurisdiction, you can do so by clicking on the Add States button in the Registered Agent Service module.
