How to download your Power of Attorney form

You may want to allow Labyrinth the ability to sign forms on your behalf when required. This articles guides you through the steps to download our pre-written Power of Attorney form.

1. Login to the Labyrinth website.

2. Select Organizations from the left-side menu.

3. Click Details next to the company you need the form for.

4. Click on the Signers tab, then click Download your power of attorney form. Save the form to your computer.

Once you've downloaded the form, you can get the required signatures and upload it to your Labyrinth account. A member of our team will review it before it gets used for your managed filings.

Please note that a notary signature and stamp is required for a valid Power of Attorney document.
