How to download your Annual Billing Summary

You might want to view the various fees you pay for services annually, whether those fees are payable to us or the state. This will cover how a user can download the Annual Billing Summary from the Portal.

1. Sign In on the Labyrinth, Inc. website.

2. Click on the Billing module.

3. Click on the Annual Billing Summary tab. Here, you can view helpful information about your Annual Billing Summary, including Service Fees, Filing Fees and Compliance Budget. You can also Download the Summary as a PDF
