Can I preview all of my filings?
We file with the information we have on hand for your organization at the time of filing. We send you an email before each major filing period to ensure that we’ve got all the right information on hand for your filings. We rely on you to provide the most accurate, timely information and keep us updated when your information changes.
Paper applications that require your signature are sent to you in their entirety for review and signature. Most of the filings we complete for our clients occur through online filing portals. For filings through online portals or that do not require your signature, we streamline the process and do not require you to sign off on the information for each filing specifically.
How do you know the information you're filing with is correct?
We send you periodic reminders to update your information, and if there's the information we're missing for your filing, we'll reach out to ask for it.
If you know something has changed, we always ask you to let us know promptly so we can update it in your profile.
Can you walk me through the screens while you're filing?
Unfortunately, it's just not practical for us to walk you through every screen. We provide you with copies of the proof of filing for each filing we complete on your behalf. In some cases, this contains the information that was given at the time of filing, and in other cases, it does not. The ability to pull a copy of the information in the filing depends on the jurisdiction.
