If you need to upload a file for your Registration Specialist to access, you have the option of doing so directly in your account.

How to upload a file through the client portal
1. Log in on the Labyrinth, Inc. website
2. Click the File Upload module
Note: If you do not see this module in your account, please notify your Registration Specialist and they will grant you access.

3. Click Add (+) on the top right side of the screen

4. Click Upload

5. Click Browse your device to select a file or drag and drop the file onto the page

6. Click Upload

7. Once the upload is complete, you will see a confirmation message.
To add more files, click Select More Files

8. Once you have added all files, click Close

How to create folders to organize documents
In the File Upload module, you have the option to organize your files into folders.
1. Click Add (+) on the top right side of the screen

2. Click New Folder

3. Enter a name for the folder and click Create

4. To add files to the folder, click on the folder name.

5. Click Add (+) on the top right side of the screen

6. Click Upload

7. Click Browse your device to select a file or drag and drop the file onto the page. Once you have added all files, click Close.

How to edit a file or folder
1. Click the File Upload module
Note: If you do not see this module in your account, please notify your Registration Specialist and they will grant you access.
2a. To edit or download a file, click the three dots to the right of the file

Here, you may Preview, Delete, Download, or Rename the file

2b. To edit a folder, click the three dots to the right of the file and select Rename or Delete
