Where can I find the registered agent signature?

Any signatures you need are provided in the State Forms tab of the Registered Agent Service module.

The forms are prefilled with our information exactly as the state requires. All you have to do is:

1. Download the appropriate state forms.
2. Add your company information.
3. File them with the Secretary of State following the instructions included in the Addresses tab.

The only exception is Wyoming, where ink signatures are required. Upon purchase of our service in Wyoming, we automatically contact you for the address where you would like your pre-signed forms to be delivered and send them according to your preferences.
