What does “not invited” user mean?

In your Individuals list, you may see the badge "Not Invited" listed next to an Individual.

A "not invited" Individual has never received an email inviting them into the Account, and does not have any user credentials.

Oftentimes, a "Not Invited" Individual is listed in the Account because they are an individual license holder listed in License Manager, or a shareholder, director, officer, member, or manager in Records Manager.
