My invoice is locked. How do I pay it?
Your invoice may be locked due to a few reasons:
- You may have previously purchased that service. Our system is designed to stop any potential duplications from happening.
- You may be too close to, or past, the filing deadline. In this case, the invoice is locked because we may need to assess if your filing might need to be expedited to ensure it is submitted on time, or if you have incurred any late filing fees due to it being overdue.
- You have several companies in your account and the invoice may not be tied to a specific company.
