How will I know when I've received a document?
When you receive registered agent documents, we immediately email all Individuals in your account who have notifications activated for that type of document. You can customize who receives notifications for each document type in the Email Settings tab.
If no one downloads the document, we follow up with a second email the following morning, and yet another on the third day if the document remains unopened. Once anyone downloads the document, email notifications stop for all Individuals.
Because it is important to us that you access your time-sensitive legal documents right away, we also follow up with a courtesy phone call to alert you to service of process deliveries.
